CPM is a pure-play technology vendor and intellectual property (IP) owner dedicated to building the secure data backbone for national digital tax stamp and banderole ecosystems. Operating under Swiss Jurisdiction, we provide the clinical and deterministic infrastructure required to manage the entire lifecycle of unique identifiers (UIDs) as immutable evidence. The Engine of Deterministic Integrity The Crypto-Kernel (Layer 1) is the physical reality of our hardware-based security. Unlike standard software solutions, CPM utilizes FIPS 140-2 Level 3 Certified Hardware Security Modules (HSM) to manage the lifecycle of root keys. By leveraging NIST SP 800-90B compliant hardware entropy sources, we generate non-sequential UIDs that are cryptographically signed before ever leaving the secure perimeter, preventing any possibility of algorithmic prediction attacks.
Legal Insulation and Operational Velocity Our infrastructure is built on the principle of Jurisdictional Neutrality. Hosted within Tier-IV Zürich facilities and protected by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), your national data is legally insulated from foreign geopolitical leverage or corporate data mining. This security does not come at the cost of performance; our Asynchronous Provisioning architecture creates secure buffers that allow printing lines to operate at maximum speeds exceeding 300m/min without latency.
